Safety and respect for human ecology

Every year for more than 20 years, Evolon® has been tested by the Hohenstein Institute, according to the criteria catalogue and substance monitoring of OEKO-TEX®. This list of requirements is updated annually, not only with regulatory developments but also according to the latest state of the art of scientific knowledge concerning the risks associated with certain substances, whether regulated or not, for example: heavy metals, pesticides, nickel, phthalates etc. Therefore, by relying on the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® label, you can be sure that Evolon® has been tested for harmful substances and therefore is harmless for human health. While the label has four product categories, from the least strict class IV to the most rigorous class I, Evolon® is certified in class I, which corresponds to articles for babies.

A global approach on the road to excellence

As regards STANDARD 100, Evolon® reaches the highest grade of certification.

According to the STeP rating system, Evolon® has a clear lead over the average textile producer. We have achieved the highest level of certification, Level 3 “exemplary implementation of best practices”.
